Julie..Darned scale can be so unkind sometimes!! It'll come off again. Now stay strong against that sugar!!

Sunday....

B) Cutie, 1 egg whites

L) 1/3 almond chicken, 2 mandu

D) gf wrap with 2 Morningstar veggie sausage, fresh red pepper strips, mustard

Snack) apple, pecans, little bit of peanut butter, 2 cookies

My DD1 brought over some homemade oatmeal cookies and I had to have some. Didn't want to hurt her feelings. <grin>

Looking good on the menus!  Love the red pepper strips. It's the one uncooked veggie I don't mind snacking on.  Thanks for the reminder:)  We got more snow and another big storm is coming on Wednesday.  REALLY!!  I want spring to hurry up.......

I did better on Sunday and NO sugar!!  Yay!  Scales are looking better already.....

Breakfast: Grapes, Oatmeal.

Lunch: Salad, Yogert, banana.

Dinner: Steak, baked potato, brussel sprouts.

Snacks: Raw nuts.

d .. salad, tater tots w/ beef w/ wild rice

It was just okay, not good enough.

Had an even better day on Monday and the scales are coming down fast, phew! 

Breakfast: Cream of Wheat w/ berries.

Lunch: Salad, sardines, popcorners.

Dinner: HM veggie/lentil/barley soup, banana.

Snack: Raw Nuts.

Julie...You're doing so great, better than I am!! Wonderful on that pesky scale going down!!

Hugs...Your menu looks good again even with the munchies!! Turkey, mash pots & green beans sounds like a yummy holiday meal!!

I did just okay again....

D) 2 slices pizza (I needed that after two days of grandkids)

Hugs: Not too bad for a munchie day!

Donna: I know all about comfort eating. I did that yesterday as well..........

I had all good intentions to get a quilt free, small vanilla cone with choc dip. They couldn't get the dip to work so ended up giving me a large hot fudge sundae at no extra cost, ugh.... Danger lurks all around, haha..  Scales are up a bit this morning because of that!  New day today..

Breakfast: Oatmeal w/ berries.

Lunch: Turkey/veggie sandwich, popcorn.

Dinner: Cold cereal, toast w/ pb &J, an orange.

Snacks: Ice cream, turkey jerky.

I have made a decision. Beginning tomorrow I will live on veggie soup, egg whites and apples and not a lot of any of those and not much of anything else except for broccoli, chicken tenderloins and fish when I get too tired of soup. I have to drop a bunch of pounds in a hurry. An exception will be the women's brunch Friday when I'll only eat a wee bit of scrambled eggs with fresh fruit. That shouldn't hurt.

There, I've said it 'out loud', commitment is made and you are my witnesses. You know I'll do it once I've made my mind up. Tired of this and kicking it up into high gear.
