My Wednesday ~
More munching ::blush::
Must be thw weather, LOL

s .. lo green beans & tomato juice
l .. soup
s .. chips & pretzel crisps
d .. taco soup

Now we have a real problem
Asked DH to stop at the *real* deli on the way home from work
And of course he did
So I now have *real* corned beef & chopped liver here, Yum!
That means I am going to enjoy without feeling guilty :)

Julie..Wow..bummer on them messing up the ice cream cone and you had to eat a large hot fudge sundae. Bet you hated that!! lol! Hope the scale goes back down fast.

Hugs...Those are some really high fatty foods, but you do so well all the time that it's okay to over indulge now and then. Actually, if we don't over indulge sometimes, we just might go plum nuts!! lol

I over indulged today, my last day of eating before going back into food jail tomorrow. Sure was fun!!

Wednesday....

B) Cutie, 1 egg whites, gf toast with peanut butter

L) Restaurant..1/2 pasta carbonara with grilled chicken, shared a slice of carrot cake with dh

D) The rest of the pasta carbonara

Snack) peanut butter, Cutie

Hugs: Your "munchie" days look nothing like mine, haha.  Easy on the corned beef and chopped liver now.  I know you will...

Donna:  Good luck in "food jail"!  I know you will do what you have to........  Sadly, I need to go there too.
 
Wednesday: Not bad, if I was maintaining.  But, I need to lose!
Breakfast: Oatmeal w/ berries

Lunch: One sardine, toast w/ boiled egg and hot sauce.

Dinner: Chicken, 1/2 sweet potato, salad.

Snacks: Grapes, sm bowl ice cream.

I need a plan like Donna made.   Hmmmm.....  thinking........  Stay tuned:)

Okay, Julie, we'll stay tuned while you set up a new food plan. When I'm in strict losing mode, I have to have a stringent food list with very little selections on it. If I have too many choices, it's too easy for me to cheat. That's just me, though, and how I operate with foods. Everyone has to find their own way for what works best for them.

I've made it through B and L and doing well. So glad to have this under control again!! I cannot stand how it feels with these few added pounds on!! Can't stand my waistband feeling a bit tight. The lbs have to go away!!

l .. 1/2 cb sandwich w/ few bites of chopped liver
s .. pretzel crisps
s .. burrito w/ rice

Hugs...Your menu does not look like an "oink oink" at all!!
What's a cb sandwich? I know it's something simple, but my brain has froze up and won't let me know what "cb" means. lol

I did it!! I made it through the entire day on track!! Going through peanut butter withdrawal is hard..I have the shakes!! LOL

B) apple, 1 egg whites

L) broccoli, 2 egg whites

D) soup, 3 egg whites

Snack) apple, Cutie

Going to bed now...*hungry*!!

Keeping it simple works for me as well Donna.  If I can explain my meals in one or two words, I'm typically doing well.  So, my plan to lose 6 pesky pounds is: cut way down on sweets, portion well, drink lots of water and tea.  OH, and no snacking!  When I lost weight previously, I didn't snack at all.....   and, of course,  I will exercise.

OK, that's my story and I'm sticking to it!!!

Donna:  I hear you on how the extra weight feels, UGH!!!  I hate even an extra pound......

Donna: Nice job on making it through the day in food jail!

Hugs: Your looking ok as long as those portions are small and I'm sure they are....

I had a good day Thursday and went to bed a bit on the hungry side, yay!  My meals were very small so I really had to have the snacks.  I'm ok with that as long as I'm not snacking just to snack........... 

Breakfast: Chia/hemp seed mix w/ berries.

Lunch: Yogurt, grapes/watermelon.

Dinner: HM veggie/bean soup.

snacks: Turkey Jerky, Raw nuts.

l .. cb=corn beef sandwich & finished the chopped liver, whew!  We only bought a small amount
