Goodness, we're heading towards the end of the month already!!

Things are looking good and I think it's going to end up to be a successful month for all of us!!

Glad weight is only up a smidge & you did better.
Foods look great .. especially that soup :)

l .. tuna no bread

You gals are all doing so great!! Your menus look really good and you're consistent and have it figured out well. I'm feeling confused and tired of figuring out food and sometimes eating wrong and then having to starve it back off again. So tired of foods and eating!! I have to get myself on a regular menu to go by. I'll work on that and get it under better control soon. I'll try to get some homemade soup made tomorrow. Anyway.....

Thursday....

B) egg whites

L) veggie sausage pattie, apple, peanut butter

D) chicken, broccoli

Snack) apple, peanut butter, sugar free candy bar

I thought I had the peanut butter thing under control, but I really haven't I've found. I need to find a different snack for when we're watching our movies evenings. Maybe I'll start making light popcorn instead of pb and skip the apple. I didn't used to eat a snack evenings except for a sugar free pudding cup sometimes. Somewhere along the way I got into the habit in recent months though and can't seem to get myself back out of it again. Darn it!!

I'll try to quick reply on the ipad, maybe this weekend.  I usually only have my ipad on weekends.

You are eating very light these days Hugs.  I've been making a lot of soups and I think that helps quite a bit.  Lots of fiber and  other good stuff...... 

Aileen:  Your menu looks really good.  I notice no sweets?

Donna:  No worries.  You will find a  balence in your maintanance phase.  It takes a while....  IMHO It's all about choosing really well so you feel satisfied with small portions.  And for me, I can't snack much, don't eat much bread, and hardly ever snack after dinner(5-6pm).

only 1/2 pound  from my lowest recent weight this morning.  Not too bad:) 

Thursday:
Breakfast:  Oatmeal w/ berries.

Lunch: Bowl of cold cereal, popcorners, an orange.

Dinner: HM Lentil soup, sm bit of ice cream.

Snacks: None.

I am trying to eat like & only sometimes that works, LOL
Love the soups as well, yummy!
1/2 pound away sounds good & maybe by the end of the weekend for you!

I like the idea of something other than pb for you for your evening snacks.
Thursday's food looks pretty good.
Might not hurt to meal plan for a few days as well <g>

s .. 3 pretzel crisps
l .. ham/bean soup
s .. 3 more pretzel crisps
d .. 4 mini crab cakes & a salad
1 small piece of chocolate

You gals are all doing great! Me..not so much today. :(

Still working out a plan. Ate too much today. Didn't eat any peanut butter though. I'll get it worked out.

No time to make soup until Monday, very busy weekend.

Hugs..Your menu looks so "normal"!!
I am so looking forward to getting normal again!!
Today was good, but tonight was a bust!!
Had two pieces of pizza, two glasses of wine and a piece of bday cake at dh's bday party tonight!!
Way too full now, exhausted, and going to bed!!
