Goodness, we're heading towards the end of the month already!!
Things are looking good and I think it's going to end up to be a successful month for all of us!!

I did it again!! I am back in leeway!! I lost 6.8 lbs last week and came in a pound under the top of my leeway. Leeway has a 10 lb spread or window. Whew!! Now mainenance begins tomorrow.
Tuesday....
B) apple, egg whites
L) egg whites
D) Applebees..their steak dinner that is under 550 calories, bit of spinach-cheese dip & a few chips.
Snack) pastry, peanut butter
Yea, I know, a lot of food tonight!! I was celebrating!! Don't worry, I won't be eating like that every day!
Congratulations Donna! I knew you could do it:) Wow......what a journey making your goal right before the holidays kicked in, a gain, and working so hard to get back to where you needed to be! And now for the maintenance. You've been waiting for a long time to be in this stage. I guess all of us currently posting here are in maintenance.

I had a great long weekend. Tried to post on my ipad; but, couldn't...... Tuesday didn't go as well, grrrrrrr. Don't know why I mess up every so often. Only makes me feel bloated and I have to work to get back on track. Oh, well.. It doesn't seem to take me a few days to get back on track like it used to. I'll be right back on track TODAY!

My Wednesday....
B) apple, egg whites
L) Village Inn..veggie substitute egg omelet, strawberries & banana, mini mulitgrain pancakes with no butter & sugar free syrup, cherry pie (it was free pie Wednesday, so had to eat it)
"Snack") glass of chardonnay
D) 1 chicken tenderloin, plain broccoli
Snack) peanut butter
I'm sure the scale will punish me in the morning from eating that piece of pie and having that glass of wine. ::sigh:: More starvation days ahead.
I did say that about maintenance & *piece of cake* for you Donna,
These mini crab cakes were actually very, very good!
Was impressed & glad too, LOL

Wednesday went much better and my weight is only slightly up.
Breakfast: Oatmeal.
Lunch: One piece of bread w/ one egg, avacado, and hot sauce. Popcorners.
Dinner: HM black bean soup w/ lots of veggies.
Snacks: Grapes, sm bit of ice cream.
