Goodness, we're heading towards the end of the month already!!

Things are looking good and I think it's going to end up to be a successful month for all of us!!

s .. tomato juice & string cheese
l .. ham & bean soup
s ..  1/2 tuna sandwich
d .. salad & strgonoff

Hugs...That sounds like a really nice day of eating! Good menu! Probably not too hungry tonight either?

As for me...my stomach thinks my throat is cut!! STARVING TONIGHT!!!

Nervous about weighing in tomorrow night. I'm cutting it way too close on the scale. Tomorrow morning when I get on my scale, that will tell me what to expect.

Monday....

B) apple, egg whites

L) chicken, broccoli

D) chicken, broccoli

Snack) level teaspoon of peanut butter

Aileen...Your menu looked good as always. Your flatbread with mozz slices popped out at me. Reminded me that soon I'll be able to add a little bit of bread products back into my menu too and a little bit of cheese. I'm thinking maybe Laughing Cow Light cheese wedges. Looking forward to that.

Hugs..Thank you. I'll see in the morning how much I've lost so far. I had to lose exactly 6.0 lbs and I'm close. I really want to lose another lb or two over that for assurance, though, as I never know if the scale at TOPS is weighing heavy or light each time. You know I'll let y'all know..lol!

I see you're still not eating much. Me either right now! We'll both be going to bed extra hungry again and that's a good thing!! :)

Your menu reminded me that soon I can make soup again!! Yay!! If I reach my goal Tuesday, I may put some lean beef in my soup too. Maybe.

My Sunday....

B) apple

L) mini steak

D) mini steak

Snack) mini steak

That's it for today, but tomorrow I'll eat a little more. I sure did miss my peanut butter today..lol!
