Donna:  Great job staying on track to your goal and adding in the exercise!

Hugs:  Sorry about the bad week.  If it helps, me too:(  I don't think the weather is helping here either.  Every time I go outside, I think about last year's 80 degree days at this time!  Now, all I see is snow and the temps are too cold to melt it, grrrrrr....

For my Friday:  For some reason?  I feel like eating non-stop!  I'm fighting it and things actually aren't as bad as they feel.  Maybe, my mind thinks it's eating everything it's telling me it wants, haha.....  It's a real struggle right now to be semi-good:(

Breakfast: chia/hemp mix.

Lunch: Popcorn, sardines, banana.

Dinner: Cold cereal, pc bread w/ pb & J, grapes.

Snacks: Turkey Jerky.

Julie...Popcorn, sardines and banana for lunch sounds "interesting"..lol! Sorry you're having to cope with wanting to eat non-stop. Those are rough days! Hopefully tomorrow will be better. Good you're staying strong!

Hugs...Glad you're better satified with your food choices now. Good menu!

We went out for family bday dinner tonight to P.F. Changs and I COULDN'T EAT!! I brougth my boring diet foods with me and was feeling pretty sorry for myself. :(  Glad I stayed strong though!

Saturday....

B) 2 egg whites, apple

L) 3 egg whites, broccoli (this is what I took to the restaurant) I also had one very tiny bite of dh's almond chicken, one very tiny bite of flourless chocolate cake, 1 very skimpy lettuce wrap

D) nothing

Snack) apple

Having a back ache tonight. Must be the nasty weather we're having. Hugs, is the weather bothering your back too? Come on spring!

Hugs:  Looks like you are back on track.

Donna: Kudos for doing so well at PF Changs.  That's one of my favorite places when on vacation.  We don't have them here.

I'm doing a little better each day, kind of..... Inside biked 30 minutes.  Snowshoed 40 minutes.

Breakfast:  Oatmeal w/ berries.

Lunch: Tuna salad sandwich, an orange.

Dinner: Boiled chicken, mixed veggies.

Snacks: Turkey jerky, popcorners, grapes, few pcs dark choc, mini ice cream bar.  (guess I got a little carried away with the snacks).

So sorry you couldn't eat at PF Chang's Donna,
Wow!  How you stayed strong I will never know!  Good for you!
You did awesome for Saturday!

Sorry on your back ache :(
Um .. yes mine is hurting but I had to help DH shovel today ::sigh::
Hope yours is gone soon :)

Julie...That's a good menu for maintaining. Probably won't see the scale go down, but staying the same is good too. Great exercise!!

Hugs...You didn't eat very much. How do you keep from losing more weight? I've always liked shoveling snow, but I know you had a LOT of snow to shovel!! That's a HUGE LOT of exercise!! Hope your back's okay.

Today we went to another family bday dinner. This time it was at Longhorn Steakhouse and I COULDN'T EAT AGAIN!!! So tired of this!! The foods looked so good and smelled so good and I wanted to dive into that bread & butter basket with both hands!! Ackkkk!!!

Sunday....

B) 2 egg whites

L) @ restaurant..3 egg whites, broccoli (that I brought with me)

D) peanut butter, broccoli

Snack) apple

Hugs: You are looking great! Keep up the good work and hopefully spring will arrive at some point....

Donna: Wow! You are one tough Lady.... I can't believe tomorrow is your big weigh-in! What an extraordinary journey you have taken. I hope the scales cooperate. Will look forward to a full report Tuesday night!

Sunday: Had a pretty good maintaining type day... always trying new things. Sunday I tried eating a little more at meal time and not snacking at all. My thought today is, If I can get away from the snacking, I can cut down on portions to adjust my weight as needed. Of course my thoughts on how to manage my healthy eating and exercise changes often, haha... 

Breakfast: Oatmeal, one egg.

Lunch: Turkey sandwich, sm bag Sun Chips, banana..

Dinner: HM veggie/meatball soup, salad, two small cookies.

Snacks: None.

I am barely maintaining Donna,
I lose a pound or so & then it comes back ::gasp::
I had to shovel a bit more today & am sore .. am sure will wake up hurting a bit ::sigh::
