wants to study to become a personal trainer.  He knows which program he wants to take.

Point being - he's about to start following a plan to bulk up again - healthy foods, workouts.

That is to say - a PLAN - like those here work with..

I'm looking to bulk down lol - but work on strength & healthy eating.

I have watched my yoga video for low back, sacrum, and hips.

I haven't done any of the practices.  It's been weeks since I got the video I so wanted.

The practices are perfect tho for the kind of strength and flexibility I want while protecting my back.

SO, this is the perfect time for me to get back into healthy stuff.

He's looking to become a personal trainer & wants to learn about my yoga.

Who'd have thought my kid could be a good influence on ME?

So .... we'll see .... 

There is a lot of info in the yoga video all about the muscles, tendons ... so first thing is to watch all that.

& learn the intention of each practice.

That's great Diana!

What kind of back problems do you have? The last few weeks I have had sciatica bad!  So painful, but I'm doing exercises for it and even tried my yoga video finally.  Couldn't get through most of it but the positions I did get seemed to help.

The problem we have is getting enough food in here for my dsJ's 4,000 + calorie intake!

No junk yesterday for me - tho I'll be baking - when I don't know

Hi Karyn,

The name of the video I have is "Vinioga for Low Back, Sacrum and Hips" with Gary Kraftsow.

A lot of it is instruction - the practices are later.
