wants to study to become a personal trainer. He knows which program he wants to take.
Point being - he's about to start following a plan to bulk up again - healthy foods, workouts.
That is to say - a PLAN - like those here work with..
I'm looking to bulk down lol - but work on strength & healthy eating.
I have watched my yoga video for low back, sacrum, and hips.
I haven't done any of the practices. It's been weeks since I got the video I so wanted.
The practices are perfect tho for the kind of strength and flexibility I want while protecting my back.
SO, this is the perfect time for me to get back into healthy stuff.
He's looking to become a personal trainer & wants to learn about my yoga.
Who'd have thought my kid could be a good influence on ME?
So .... we'll see ....
There is a lot of info in the yoga video all about the muscles, tendons ... so first thing is to watch all that.
& learn the intention of each practice.
