Goodness, we're coming up on the end of November next week!!

Here's hoping we all do well with healthy eating, good exercise and lots of water!!

I just tried to post this and it took me to a totally different message board somewhere unknown to me!!

That was really odd!! Hope this one posts...here goes......

Thanksgiving...did okay, ate what I wanted, but didn't stuff myself.

Today..Saturday...gained 1.8 lbs from TD dinner. Eating very lightly today and will lose that pesky 1.8 overnight I hope!!

Sunday...We're having family dinner at my DD1's and DD2 & family are coming too. I'll do the same thing, eat what I want, but not stuff myself. I told them dinner doesn't have to be fancy. DD1's boyfriend does most of the cooking and I know it will be really good no matter what he makes!!

Exercise is mimimal and water is pretty good.

Hope the rest of you are enjoying the holiday weekend and doing well too!!

Well done on your TG meal even with that gain Donna,
Hopefully gone by morning.
Good luck for tomorrow's meal as well.

Thursday I also did very well with small portions.
Friday's night's dinner out a bit different story ::blush::
While I had a small steak before that I had had clam chowder soup & shouldn't have eaten the steak <g>

Tonight will be light but I plan to have some of DS's bday cake that had to be made just for him :)

thur...turkey, ham, rice, yam, pumpkin pie oatmeal, soup fri...turkey, rice, banana, grapefruit, scrambled egg , slice cheese on bread sat..ham, rice yam, mixed veggie, banana, grapefruit, oatmeal slice cheese on bread snacks for all days...chips, nuts

Hugs...Thanks, it was okay. I still ate too much even though I didn't stuff myself as there were a lot of high cal, high fats foods there. Oh, well, that's okay.

Sounds like you did the same as me for T dinner.

Steak and clam chowder sure sounded good for your Fri night dinner!! I love a well made clam chowder, both the NY red style and the New England white kind. Both are delicious!!

Lucky you getting to eat bday cake again!! I *love* bday cake!!

I just have to get past tomorrow's dinner at DD's house and then it's back to my skimpy bland diet to get those last few pounds off!! Full steam ahead!! lol! We'll all be getting back on track, or maybe just you and me being that Aileen stays on track all the time. :)

I only had a piece of cake tonight & not Friday night, YaY me, LOL

Did well today though

l .. turkey salad sandwich with barely a handful of chips

Hugs...You really are doing great!! Yay you!! Wish I had some turkey left overs!!

I'm not even going to post my menu for it's way too bad!!!

Tomorrow's another day, though, and I'll be back on my strict low everything plan!!
