Time for a new week of good healthy eating, lots of water and a good amount of exercise!!

Please share your yummy menus here so we all can drool over them!! Tongue Out

Hugs..Good menu, you're doing great!!

Well, I had a 2.6 lb gain at weigh-in tonight. Frown

My own fault and not only because of the donuts and cookies I ate.
I haven't been weighing, measuring foods and counting calories in awhile.
That spells disaster for me!!
So, tomorrow I'll begin journaling again too.
My note pad where I journal is filled out and in front of me!

I really want to get this thing finished and into maintenance!!

Tuesday...

B) apple, 1 egg whites
L) soup, peanut butter
D) Subway...6" turkey sandwich with veggies & light mayo, Sun Chips
Snack) peanut butter

Today was the last of my eating peanut butter for a snack too.
Enough already..time to get serious again!!!

Sorry on your gain but good you know what to *fix* as I know you will!

OK foods look good but glad you're getting even more serious & on track!
Back to weighing/measuring those foods for you.

I have complete faith in you  that ypu will get to your goal weight.
May take a bit longer as it is going to be a bit harder with the holidays here but I know you will do this :)

Hugs..thanks for the spelling tip, never would have noticed it if you hadn't mentioned it I think. Hate when I make typos!

I'm finished with Day 1 of being strictly back on track and did it with no peanut butter!! It went very well. I'm hungry right now and that's a good feeling! I can't let it take longer Hugs, have to reach goal by Dec. 18th!! I am so determined, have to do this!!

I found my anchor again. In the beginning months of my reduction plan, my anchor was my naturopathic doctor who I talked to every week and kept me going and also the huge amount of money I've spent on this plan. Then when it was time to go into the next phase a few weeks ago, I felt I didn't want to spend anymore large sums of money on this, so I had to say goodbye to my doctor. Being on my own didn't go to well. I slacked off on journaling, ate some things I shouldn't have and gained a few pounds.

Well, when I found out last night that I have to meet my goal by December 18th to be on stage at our TOPS convention next spring, that did it!! I want that badly!!! So, I'm going for it and that is my anchor!! Wish Thanksgiving wasn't in there to have to cope with, but I'll do it.

I'll change it up a little here and there, but need to be really skimpy strict in the beginning.

Now why do you have to do this by December 18th?
Don't understand what being on stage next spring has to do with next month deadline for you?

Hugs...Oh, there's your menu!! I just asked for it in my last post. It looks good!!

Burger meat in a pita sounds good!! Heck, right now anything besides apples, broccoli and egg whites sounds good to me..LOL!!

I'm having to freezy the rest of my soup as there are things in it that are not on my plan. That's okay, it will be nice when I'm ready for it again. Hope it freezes well until the end of December!!

Hugs...I have to meet my goal by the end of this year as our TOPS year ends the end of December. If I ran it over into next year to reach goal, I wouldn't be on stage until 2014 and have to stay at goal all through 2013. Well, the last Tuesday night for TOPS meetings for my chapter has to end December 18th as the following Tuesday is the 25th, Christmas Day (no meeting of course) and that's the last Tues. of Dec. So, I have to reach goal by the end of this year, but the convention where we get recognized on stage for this year isn't until next spring. Hope all of that makes sense.

Thank you for your great support my friend!! I'll enjoy a tiny bit of TDay dinner, but mostly will be eating my own foods. It's okay, I really don't care, I just want to reach goal. That's more important to me than gravy and desserts and such.
