thanks.  the old thread wasn't working for me.

thurs. - cheese danish/milk; light fettucine alfredo w/chicken/veggies - yum!; salad; chicken w/rice/veggies; chocolate candies, a couple of whole grain crackers & I feel like some other snack;

That it is.  I made it w/chicken & extra veggies - broccoli & zucchini.  Wish I had asparagur or mushrooms.  Would have been out of this world.  A bit of fresh garlic added while sauteeing the veggies &  in the sauce went a long way as far as flavor.  So SO yummy.

Hope everyone else is doing well too!

I got back on my plan Monday morning and it was a struggle until today. I had a hard time giving up late evening snacking. I got it back under control, though, and it's full steam ahead to goal!! This is my final phase!! It's going to take me two or three months to get this last 20 pounds off and I am sooooo tired of doing this!! Not going to stop until I get there though!!

Friday....
B) apple, 1 egg whites
L) 2 egg whites, broccoli
D) two Morningstar sausage patties, broccoli
Snack) few walnuts, apple

How did you do at your WI Tuesday?
Yes I made a bean soup & have been eating that.
But DH has been gone so a *few* frozen* foods for me but pretty good calorie wise :)
