Hello my great healthy boardie buds!! I've volunteered to start our weekly menus.
If you ever find that I've forgotten, just nudge me please!! Smile
Let's keep these menu threads going as I think it's helpful and encouraging to all of us who participate.
It sure is helpful to me anyway!! Smile

I'm actually signed on AND can post in the thread today, yay!  We'll see what happens when there is more than one page to the thread......  Since I typically only look at this thread, I didn't even know the board was going through an update, haha...  For days, I was just frustrated that I couldn't get onto it.  Too funny!

Do you know if they will ever get to only showing the unread posts?  You know how it would say 10 of 14 and would jump right to the 1st post you hadn't read?  I don't want to have to go through every post to get to where I need to be each time.  My computer conection is too slow for that.  Also, where did the spell chick option go?  I relie on that! OH, and the quote option is plain annoying with all the unneeded characters, they are hard read...

Hope you are doing well. How many pounds left to your goal?

I've had a few ups and downs per usual for me.  On track currently and feeling good:)  Still would love to STAY on track and get to a lower weight....

I'll try to post my meals here tomorrow, if it will let me.....

I agree.  This thread has been so helpful and I've had so many good discussions and gotten so many great ideas here.  Also helps to see what others do to lose weight.   Very inspiring!

Hopefully the boards will be behaving better but you neve rknow, LOL
I believe in time they will being adding stuff in but for now ..
Their main concern is making sure everyone can log in & stay in.

Yes, I'm now able to sign on and post.  Not sure if I'll be able to view more than the 1st page in the thread though...  We'll see.   Siggies are back but no luck with the avatar.  I followed the directions all the way through; but, it didn't work.  Maybe they will resolve that in time.  I don't like seeing all the mess when I hit quote.  Looks like a jumbled mess that's not easy to read through quickly...

I don't keep up with what they're going to do. I should I know, but I just take them as they come. You can set it so you can read newer replies first. Might be easier for you to navigate that way. You can see by how I'm replying what I'm doing instead of using their Quote option until they clean up the HTML junk.

Thank you, I am still going forward!! I have 17 more pounds to go to goal and cannot wait to get there!! Kicking it into high gear to try to get the rest of it off asap!!

You have been doing great for a long time now!! Remember that "on track" after reaching goal is a 3-5 lb leeway. It's very difficult to stay right at the same number all the time. Still, though, it's good I think to remain concerned about it as you are and keep on working on it or it could easily get out of control. You'll get those last couple of pounds off when you're ready. In the meantime, you're doing great!!

Oh, good, so glad to hear that!! This thread and group of women is helpful to me too. As we all know, this battle will never ever end..EVER..and the support and information here, inspiration and motivation, help to keep us going and never give up!!
