How about fruits?
Maybe the 100 calorie packs of something?
Let's hope others have more ideas :smileyhappy:

Funny:  I made a huge fruit salad yesterday w/ mandarin oranges, watermelon, cut up grapes, and fresh pineapple.  Hoping that he takes some to work........

I'm trying to get in the right state of mind to eat really healthy.  I've managed to maintain over the past few weeks; but, my luck won't hold out much longer if I don't smarten up.

I'm throwing away the last bit of some really yummy ice cream today.  Going to the farmers market to get some organic veggies and grocery store for fruit.     ok probably would help you more on this.

I'm thinking about some great vegetarian dishes I can make as well.........hmmm...I am not a veggie person but good for you.

Yes, I need to get all the sugar laden foods out of here since I don't seem to be able to leave them alone, ugh!

Black bean burgers, sans the buns, tonight:smileyhappy:  Also, just bought a multi-bean pack to make another healthy soup.

if you like hummus,
sometimes if summer cucumbers are available I have them with canned tuna, chicken

I love hummus!  Not sure about DH though.  Don't recall him eating any when it's in the frig.  It's great for dipping fresh veggies.  Thanks for the reminder:smileyhappy:  The cuke w/ tuna or chicken also sounds great!

Thursday:

Still working on getting back on track.  Still at 128, phew........

Golfed in the evening, it was a nice night.

Breakfast: Cream of Wheat w/ berries.

Lunch: 1/2 egg salad on gluten free bread, chips, fruit.

Dinner: HM Chili, sm bit HM broccoli slaw.

Snacks: Bowl of cereal, 1/2 choc bar w/ three marshmallow.

So, this is an OK maintenance day; but, not a losing day.....  Would have been fine without the snacks.

ok on the black bean burgers without the bun and the supply of beans. yes the cuke with tuna or whatever you want to put in is good.
