Started the boot camp today

Not bad . I did the warmups with 2 other neighbors. Then came the planks , pushups, kneeups, walking lunges, bridge, ski jumps back and forth for 1 hour. My next session is Thur. I told them I hula hoop and stationary bike today so I was good and limber. My neighbors were ok . hmmmmm .....I am glad I do little by little throughout the day everyday.
