Started the boot camp today

   Not bad . I did the warmups with 2 other neighbors. Then came the planks , pushups, kneeups, walking lunges, bridge, ski jumps back and forth for 1 hour. My next session is Thur. I told them I hula hoop and stationary bike today so I was good and limber. My neighbors were ok . hmmmmm .....I am glad I do little by little throughout the day everyday.

That's great Aileen!! Great also that you are able to do these exercises because you have been exercising!! Good job!!

Good job!!    thanks...yes it is always better to keep going even though i reduced. the muscles need to still be active, etc. I do not want to lose them , after all i went thru. I need my muscles for my other things...gardening, etc, house things.

I hate push ups, too.    Well, once or twice a month's still good.  And good for you. Have fun.

Are you still doing t-tapp?     yes once in awhile, since I do other things too.   Just did some butterflies and hoedowns

My neighbor is at the stage where I was 6 yrs ago, but never bothered except for some walks. the walks are good  her eating was the same so it did not do anything really. Glad you do them.
