  It went fine. Another lady joined the class , which is nice. I brought my hulahoops and we all hulahooped at the end of the workouts. One lady who had done it before , got into it again today. Now she will be interested in buying a hulahoop to practice.

Cool!      yes maybe once everyone gets the handle of doing it, we all do the hulahoop together.

So glad you are liking it :smileyhappy:      similar to what I do at home , except I do mine thru the day and the boot camp is every 30 seconds to change for 1 hr.

That sounds good .. reminds me if where I use to go exercise & we would change activities every 30 seconds or so :smileyhappy:

              yes that is what I am doing there. SF city they allow boot camp exercises outdoors, and other cities make such a big fuss. Cannot understand that one.

Every where does there boot camps differently .. No surprise :smileyhappy:         Mostly city they do not like those activities. Yep no surprise .
