Today I did 50 min pilates workout. It was hard. 30 min wts, 30 min cardio, 10 min abs. I stretched some.
I ate a whole bag of fish crackers. One serving is 6 crackers, which is 120 calories. I wonder how many crackers are in that bag. :(
Going bearless too ::blush::Ate well but not enough movement today :(
No wonder something was missing.

it's my own fault - i had a crumpet (sp) at 7, one at 10, lunch at 1, dinner at 7
I need to eat every couple of hours or it's down hill on the healthy stuff for me.
