I have no idea how to do the little pictures.

Healthy eating: With the exception of eating 3 slices of pretty much no crust pizza for lunch, I think I did fairly well. Oh yeah, I ended up eating a peanut butter and jelly sandwich last night because I was still hungry (I usually eat more after lifting a lot and last night's exercise was the major one of the week).

Portion control: Not at lunch, LOL.

Water: I'm usually pretty good about drinking water. I have at least 2-3 32 ounce cups of water and then even more at night. During my hour exercise last night I had another 32 ounces of water.

Exercise- yes I did!

Well sounds like overall your day went well & that's a good thing.
Even with the extra sandwich .. your body was talking to you
