Monday 8/8

Exercise: I've switched to The Biggest Loser workouts and I only made it through a 5 minute warm up and 15 minutes of the workout because I wanted to die. I think why I couldn't make it through it was because I worked out in our workout room instead of the dining room where I usually do it. It was around 84* where I was. Instead, I laid down and lifted some weights to do *something*. But I watered as well.

Healthy Diet and Portion Control: I think I did okay. I really wanted chicken nuggets and fries from CFA but instead I opted for the salad with the chicken.

Water: I got the recommended amount but I should have drank more because I could tell that I hadn't had my normal amount.

I was really surprised that I only lasted as long as I did. I don't think I have ever sweated as much as I did. My normal workout is around 40 minutes, this one was only 30 and there were less reps of each thing so the only thing I can think of was the heat.

The heat will do it to you Sunny,
along with maybe not enough water beforehand ..
Take it easy though when you try it again :)

Exercise- boohoo. I'm just not able to last long with these new videos. I don't understand.

Healthy diet- Yahoo. I think I did well on what I ate and the portions.

Water- yahoo. Got at least 120 ounces of water (although half was from a green tea).

Ok then you need a plan b .. and that would be what?
Maybe as time goes on you will last longer?
Great on the foods & water though :)
