I like this folder....
I voted combination. I walk practically everywhere. On road trips, I walk the hiking trails, the beach, around the towns we visit. I even walk inside with the dvd.

How cold ?

Not icy or anything right?
I have biked in 34 degrees.
You have thermals?
I hulahoop inside for a few minutes then I hulahoop outside. The cold burns
the calories to keep me warm.
Other: everywhere.

I do walk around our neighborhood with my friend,
When I can't I do have the dreadmill.
Also now I have Fit TV ..
So have to pay a bit more attention to that.
Then of course I have the WATP DVD's :)
