Once you start and are in the middle of the running , are you not warmed up?
Wondered about that.
Did the police ever catch that guy who killed those officers? Imagine that he
was released from Arkansas and came to Washington to do all that. Just terrible.
I just don't know what's on when, LOL

They killed him today. He was sneaking up on a cop to kill him and they killed him instead.
I run in long pants, under armour. I wear cotton gloves, sometimes a hat. I don't like to run in the cold. Try running in the pouring rain and cold. It really sucks. We ran 7 miles this morning. We are such good girls.
Ohhh...do you do warm ups before you go out to run? Then you will not be feel
so cold plus it helps your muscles, but you know about that already.
