Good point on the when don't we eat Julie,
Do you keep ice cream & all those goodies in the house though ?
You sound like me as for the emotional eating ::sigh::
We need to learn to come *here* instead
Everyday is a chance of changing any & all bad habits :)

Only one plate Hugs.

I was reading in the newspaper about people should use 9 inch plates for their meals....just what you have said.

It is a good idea to move after you eat, too Julie.

I do not eat that full, so I move around and then move faster.

If you are really determined , I read recently that instead of drinking 1 cup of water before meals, drink 2 cups. I tried that and it does work to make you filled up. I cut it down to 1 1/2

This is a tough one.

Generally I don't eat enough in the day and then get real hungry at night.

Right now I'm maintaining this weight I'm at now so am not really that concerned about it - as long as I eat mostly healthy things.

On the other hand, there are still days that I'd still rather grab junk - get a sweet tooth at night, no matter how I eat, it seems.

Good idea to come here instead of eating Hugs!

No, I don't keep pints of B&J in the house.
