Hugs...Thanks for the tips. No email notifications for me yet. I've checked in IE and FF, will try to remember to check in Chrome tomorrow too, but I'm not expecting they're working there either. I might be getting a new computer soon...maybe...will see if that makes a difference if I do get one.

We went to my two youngest grandloves (ages 10 & 11) school choir concert tonight. His (11), grade 5, went first and hers (10), grade 4, went second. They were back to back with a ½ hour in between. So good!! Love those kids concerts, they're the best!! DGS fusses over getting his picture taken, but DGD loves getting hers taken. After the special numbers she was in, the other kids were leaving the front stage and going back up into the choir loft while DGD was posing so we could take her picture..LOL!! Such a ham!!

Bragging...In a couple of weeks, my youngest DGS, age 11, is being recognized by his school district for his high score in the Kansas Assessment test. He'll get a certificate and there will be breakfast served. Wow..smart kid!! So nice they're doing this!! I hope this encourages him to continue to do well, too, as sometimes he has to be pushed to get his homework done. He gets bored if it's not interesting enough. Unfortunately, his mom (my DD1) will not be able to be there. She'll be in Philadelphia at her father's wedding!! Darn, why do these things have to happen at the same time!! My dh and I won't be going either as he can only invite two people, so it will be his dad and sister only. Proud if him!

Brag away Donna,
Something you/he should be very proud of!
How very cool for him & a very smart guy.
Glad he will get this well deserved honor & Yes hope it shows him to continue to do so well.
That is a bummer his mom or you guys can't go.
Good he at least will have his Dad & sister there at least.
Hope they get lots of pics so he can show those around :)

Couldn't start exercise therapy today, Dr said my back was too unstable, it's a broken vertabrae.  No walking around any stores. The minute it hurts around the house I am to sit.  So this will be a different holiday season...
