Afternoon all

Been really Busy

Monday morning i go to work. I have a bunch of computer stuff to do Monday...then Tuesday i do the safety courses. then wednesday whatever i dont get done the first two days...then hopefully i will be done all the office stuff. Hopefully by friday(maybe sooner) i will be grants swamper and ride with him everyday in the semi. Sould start pay 20 - 25 an hour. cant beat that.

Last week it was the dr appt, looking for jeans and sweats that would fit for work. Then i had to shop for fire resistant work clothes. Work boots,Hard hat and gloves...ect. That was a circus. So many wonam have now gone to work in the oilpatch that they cant keep womans work clothes in stock. The one store i did find work boots in had two pairs of womans in stock. on JUSY happened to be my size..i also got gloves there. Then across the street for bibbed coveralls(figure be easier to get out and pee in the middle of nowhere), and a fire resistand thick hoodie(bunny hug). also got clear and tinted safety glasses there. So then off to get good socks, back pack and other things at a cheap clothing store(bargain shop). Grab a few other things we needed at home whil in town. I also saw the dr, did a resume at the library(my printer would not work), and saw the diabetes team. then to to town closest to me. ordered drugs, Rant to the work wear store there...got a long shirt jacket there. Hard to get any jacket with boob space in them...one in three stores...sad. Got dh a hard hat...his had been stollen and he had to borrow gregs. Then groceries. then drug store and finally home. that was just one day.

I have been trying to get the house in order. We had to go to grants family thing on the long weekend. Mom has been calling. she had shoulder surgery monday...nobody can seam to get thier butts out to help them. Grants parents are not well. his day can barely do anything anymore. his mom is tiring out. she is slowly forgetting stuff too. Grants dad doesnt remember a lot.

Last night was the companies 50th birthday party. up to 900 people there. Crazy! band and free booze. i was dh`s dd so stayed sober. we sat with grants sister kim and her boyfriend. she lives and workes in town ...her boyfriend just moved in and worked for dh`s company too. So the boss was joking last night that he was thinking as a joke of putting me in greg truck as his swamper...so when he did something dumb i could swat him across the head lmbo! But i will be in grants truck. So we will have the same days off. So hopefully we can pay down a bunch of bills.

Sadly greg and his wife invited thomas and jess to the party. they were at a different table so we couldnt even sit at the table with the co workers ...but i would not look at jess. i guess she stared at me all night. none of my kids even said hi...greg walked right by too. My grandson was there too...but i stayed at my table as i know jess would have made a scene. so sad all of it.

well that is most of my story. Arliss is back in bc...but was evicted due to a party that had 14 complaints. aj is due for court sometime this month...not sure when. he was causght with two dui`s, 3 bags of marijuana, and peeing in public. groan. Way too much. hoping at work i will be able to keep my minds off all that, the dogs behave, we pay down bills and the kids get thier acts together.

Today if dh is home soon enough we will dig the spuds and clean up the garden. 16 pumpkins...more work. flowers to pull, dog area to clean, ornaments to put away...ect.

So thats my story, and i am sticking to it. Tired thinking of all i have to do today. better get dressed and put my work boots on so i can start to break them in.
