Things have been so crazy around here I haven't even thought about meal planning this week. Last night we ended up ordering pizza, just because we didn't know when Steve would get home. He had to go to Ft Lauderdale this weekend to get some stuff done for work and he's a shell of who he used to be. This whole project at work is killing him. Just makes me so mad!!!!

Ok...enough ranting...sorry. Suzan...that fish sounds sooo good!!!! I really need to sit down and think of dinners for this week. Any more ideas?

Sounds good Suzan....I'll take one of those fish minus the lemon, and without the head. ;-)

I'll be having lentil and rice soup which is in the crock pot - with lots of veggies - right now! Yum!
