again with another pattern for crochet hats. I tried one and it did not work out , so I donated it. Tried another, but it looked goofy as heck and I  unraveled it.  I was disappointed but This will be another try.

hope it works out for you, aileen.  me too. well I do not crochet all day long, just short periods at a time. I am a bad knitter and drop stitches a lot. Even with crochet, but the yarn stays.

i need to get back to knitting and the counted cross stitch pictures, just don't have the time right now.

Well, you know they say the third time is a charm!! Hope the next one works out perfectly!!   well looking into another pattern.

When dh and I were at the bluegrass festival, it was cold sitting in the stands. I shopped the vendors and found a crocheted hat I bought and wore. Unfortunately, it was a loose weave and wind was still blowing through it into my left ear, but it did help some. Now I need to go shopping and find more that would suit the problem better in case it's cold again next year. Have fun with your project!!   I like to make the hats a bit smaller weaving in crochet. Hope you find something to keep the wind from blowing thru.
