Thank you and Happy Hanukkah to you Hugs!! I don't celebrate Hanukkah, but have always enjoyed reading the story. When I was a teen, I babysat for a Jewish family. I loved the special foods, their beautiful menorah and their celebrations. I wished I could be both Christian and Jewish! Yes, I knew the difference, of course, I just loved the ceremonies and celebrations of both.

It really does have it's own special things Donna,
I remember growing up & wishing I could celebrate Christmas, LOL
Now we do but still light the candles.
It's late this year which as/for a kid is a good thing :)

You mentioned this awhile ago and on one of my calendar's it says it starts on the 7th, lol.

Whoa..that recipe has too many ingredients for my simple way of cooking!! It could be tweaked though!! I used to cook veal often while living in NJ. as it is a common food item there. Here in KS, though, it's hard to find and too costly to buy, so I haven't cooked it in years. Veal with onions and peppers was a common dish in NJ, among others. That recipe does sound good though!! Do you cook veal Hugs?

I use to cool veal & even made a brisket once,
Long ago & probably never again, LOL
Like you I must have simple easy stuff to make :)
