Not yet, still waiting until the company taxes are done because we have to have a certain form from them.

Will you be able to file it all before the deadline Gail?
Hoping for some big bucks back to you :)

We're close...DH has loaded the software and most of the numbers are input but we remembered one charitable donation that wasn't included. We've dialed it in so that we owe a tiny bit to the Federal and get almost the same amount back from the State. I think the difference is just enough to have a nice dinner out. No more free loans to the government for us! ;) RoseAnn

Oh and I found out last night that my brother wants me to help him on his taxes. Not sure why...I'm no expert. We use TurboTax; I haven't done our taxes by hand in years! Maybe he just wants a second set of eyes to make sure he hasn't made any glaring errors? Anyway, he's been paying someone $110 to do them and I told him I'm much less expensive; if he buys me lunch and brings the stuff we need to our beach trip, we'll get away for a couple of hours and get it done! ;) RoseAnn

I think that is good your brother asked for your help RoseAnn,
Second set of eyes is always helpful.
Now you get a lunch out of it, a visit with him & he gets to bring stuff for your beach trip.
A win-win for all :)

Glad you're about there RoseAnn,
Too bad no more than a nice dinner but that is good you get at least that.
Well yes you don't want to keep giving it to them :)

Nah, husband does ours. He'll get to it next month. It's one of those dreaded things in life that we're never in a big hurry to ghet into!!
