How often is "In Moderation" to you??

I'm always puzzled when I hear the term "moderation" as it is so vague. We may think of foods in terms of moderation, but there are many other things that need to be done in moderation too. My growing list is this. Only one or two of these

Great questions Donna,
I think everyone may look at it differently
For me I see *moderation* different for different things.
For foods ..example it depends on what it is
The *bad* for me foods in moderation means few/less & not daily
Other things like computer time .. means walking away & doing other things.
In fact I use that with many of the things you mentioned ..
Most importanly for me is the food moderation as that has consequences.
While the others do too .. the food for me is the worst

yes Fran it is easier to do them in smaller ways instead of one big overwhelming hour.

I learned that from here and there.

Donna and Aileen...I think I will take your approach to exercise. Breaking it up into 5min. or whatever will work out better for me.

Thank you both for a really good idea:)

Well, I guess there is no time like the present.
