  aluminum foil a lot to bake my foods . It is a good way to protect my

pans and glass dishes too for the baking , because I hate scrubbing the baked on sauces.

Wonder if I am the only one.

I use to use regular foil...now i use heavy duty.

Yep, we use foil a lot as well. I've been hearing a lot of good things about parchment paper as well...does anyone use it instead of foil?

been using the parchment for a little bit. My mother uses it a lot and loves it.
