Donna showed me Ellen,
Very cool!
Now if I can figure how to add books to my *empty* shelf I will be in good shape :)

The *ireaditnow* app you mean?
When I put it in the browser it didn't go through Amazon .. it was it's own thing if that makes sense ;)

iv won't let me show you what I wanted to c/p to you ::sigh::
On your link I saw tons of things :)

You have to copy stuff like that to your hard drive and post it as an attachment or upload it into your Photobucket page and insert it into your IV post from there.

Wow why all the work? LOL
OK well I saw a shelf that had books on it ..
Mine in my ibooks has an empty shelf .. not sure how toi add books to it :)

A lot of places won't allow you to copy/paste due to the fact that you are stealing their bandwidth that they pay big bucks for!! With some others, it's a copyright thing too! It's always best to do this instead of copy/paste. The only time I c/p a photo from a website, is at Amazon or Netflix when I copy the photo of the movie or book cover. I really shouldn't do that either though.

Here ya go, search some of these links until you find one that will answer your questions for you.....

Here's a YouTube tutorial too.........

I am aware of stealing bandwidth as that was a huge issue here on iv long ago,
However it did c/p but iv said it was too big ..
Thanks for the links .. will check them out tomorrow to see what I can learn.
Much appreciated as always :)

On my fire now seems to only work in reply and in quick reply..now to see if it will postage

It did post .. was it quick reply or regular reply ?

Quick reply, won't work in regular reply.

Well if it worked in quick reply it *should* in regular ..
keep playing with it when you can :)

My husband uses the term "should" sometimes too! I always tell him that what "should" and what is reality are not always the same!! lol

This is the third time I've used my Fire to play with posting to iVillage and the same thing always happens. In regular reply, the message box is there, the keyboard is there, the little blinking line to begin typing in the message box is there, but when I hit the keyboard keys, nothing happens. I switch over to Quick reply and there it is, working fine!!

You mean what *should* & *does* happen aren't the same ? LOL
OK well I find that interesting if you can reply with one why you can't with the other :)

Come on Hugs, because it's iVillage...knowaddamean?? LOL
