It's been an evenly wonderful and woeful week so far...:0P
Bad news first - lol - It's been a woeful week because I'm still figuring out how to deal with my crazy sister and her family, how it affects my job, finances, etc. Woeful because I have to call my ex-sil because I learned that her father died the other day. They were extremely close and I know she must be devastated. Woeful because my back is out and we all have colds.
Then, the Good News: Wonderful in the way the weather has been gorgeous, we've just celebrated some fun birthdays; wonderful in that I am feeling blessed and thankful for my H and two daughters. wonderful in that I am all caught up at work, so I am now prepared for the year end rush and financial stuff I have to do for the accountants. Wonderful because I have a couple of really great friends.
My new nephew is supposed to arrive by "stork" either today or tomorrow (they won't let her go past tomorrow). Yay! We don't know the name yet, but we do know he's a boy. I'm taking care of their Yorkie while they are in the hospital, and I already have the dinner planned that I'm going to make for them for the night they come home.
That's about it, just waiting!
