I wish I had siblings - its sometimes very hard being an only child - there's no one to share the burden/hard times with

I wish someone had taught me to express my own opinion - to be able to speak my mind without ALWAYS putting the other person's feelings first - I don't mean to hurt others but not to be so passive.

I wish someone had told me that its very difficult to be an adult taking care of your own small children and your aging mother at the same time.

I wish someone would worry about me and put me first once in a while

I wish I didn't have to clean my house

I wish I had thought more before I agreed to have my mother live with us

I wish there was more time in the day to enjoy my children

I wish I could stop being so passive (see above)

I wish I could work only part-time or not at all and be able to spend more time with my kids and volunteering at school.

Gee, see any pattern to my answers..........

I wish I had *finished school but I have my GED now so everything worked out OK*

I wish someone had taught me to *cook, I depended way too much on the fact that I thought my grandmothers would always be here and now that one's not I got to learn what i can FAST!*

I wish someone had told me *how hard marriage really was. OK they tried but I wish I had listened more:)*

I wish someone would *take care of everything here at home while DH and i took a getaway*

I wish I didn't have to *choose between having more children or going to school to become a teacher:(*

I wish I had thought more before I *stayed at home a little bit longer when I was in labor with baby #3. We almost didn't make it to the hospital, which is only 5 minutes away. DS #2 was born a measly 10 minutes later:0*

I wish there was *more time in a day*

I wish I could stop *being a perfectionist which leads to my being controlling*

I wish I could *travel the world with my family and not have to worry about the expenses*
