I went to bed at 11pm and was up by 2am.
I know how you feel about not being able to sleep. I'm the kind of person who NEEDS to sleep and if I don't get it I can really be the Queen "B" and everyone around me tends to suffer. The worst time was this past year when I was pregnant with my second son who just made me unbeleivably uncomfortable and sleeping was almost non-existant (sp?). And though I don't have any sure- fire cure for it for you, I do sympathize. There were nights that I stayed up nearly the whole night with only a few cat-naps here and there. In general though, I would get up and get on the computer and surf around, or go through the mounds and mounds of cookbooks I have, bookmarking recipes I wanted to try until my eyes started to itch, which was my signal that I might actually be able to sleep for more than 20 minutes.
I'm sorry things are so rough for you in this area... I hope it gets better soon.
