Slow roasted pork loin roast on the grill. My mom is staying with us and is preparing a rub for it this morning, so it will be marinating all day. We'll probably have some taters and something green with it. And wine of course.

mmmmmm...... that sounds excellent. I will definately snag that recipe.


I don't know what we're having. I had planned on turkey and mashed potatoes but I forgot to take the turkey out of the freezer. doh! And our fridge is very bare so maybe it'll be speghetti or mac n cheese or something else from the cupboard.

We'll probably have spaghetti. I bought some garlic bread rolls, that all you have to do is heat them up if you want and if I don't use them soon they'll probably go bad, so I thought I'd make spaghetti to go with them.


I so can not wait until we get a stove. All we have is a one burner thing that you plug into an outlet, a crockpot, microwave and George Forman Grill. I was surprised by all the things you can make with the
