I think I"m making Chili tonight with corn bread. DH wasn't feeling well last night or this morning, so I'm kinda stuck now with what to make. I found a really good and easy Chicken and dumpling recipie at www.bettycrocker.com really easy and a good comfort food.

No idea what I'm making. Last night I made us scrambled eggs, a little nontraditional, but it was good-red pepper, green onion & tomato toppings.
I took pork chops but feel less like cooking today than I did last night.

I had chicken stew and biscuits. Very comfy feeling food on this frigid day (I don't think it ever got above 0 all day).
