Yesterday I made the too tired for cooking meal of pb&j, fruit, and milk. Today I am not sure maybe chicken potpie.

Tonight we're having pork chops, baked sweet potato and maybe some mixed vegetables or a salad - I'll have to see what I have at home. Pretty easy prep and not much to clean up - my kind of meal.

DH is out of town, so I'll probably just have a bagel. Dylan will eat like a king, though - he's having pastina with chicken in roasted red pepper sauce. My DH loves to make fun of the 'elaborate' baby food I make, but it's really just stuff that I make for us, less the salt and spices.

I want simple tonight, so I'm going to buy one of those big, fresh, French bread loaves at Walmart along with a bunch of different deli meats.
