Man! Nothing to report :) They didn't check me or do anything else invasive. They said at this point it's sort of useless, that I need to just relax and try and let my body get into the groove on its own. If nothing else I'm getting induced on Sunday so all bases are covered. The only thing they really said I should do at this point is pay close attention to movement activity. Here we sit! I don't think it's going to happen on its own, to be honest. They said the induction would be to just hook me up to pitocin since I'm already to 3cm and that hopefully that would push baby down. DH took the week off of work so either way we're set. We're just enjoying our last few days and resting.

I am glad everything is looking good and you know that you only have a little bit longer to go.

Yup :) I'm kind of liking the idea now of being able to clean my house Friday and Saturday and know that I will *finally* have it all ready to go for the big day. I feel 100% more relaxed with an end date so close and with hubby home.

At least your DH is home and you're feeling better about things. At least you know she'll definitely be an April baby.

Something really weird was going on. Every time I tried to post here it was making me change my username and wouldn't recognize my old one. Hence, my last 2 blank posts.

Anyways, glad you don't have too much longer to wait, Julianne! At least your dh is home and you know she will be here very soon regardless if you go into labor on your own or not. Can't wait to hear about your l&d and see the pics!

Went in last night because I thought I might have a leak (obviously not ) no contractions or progress. She said 2cm and 50% but I am finding this particular midwife is ultra conservative in her measurements. Either way it looks like an induction might be the only way she'll come. I don't think she's interested on her own. I guess at this point I'm planning on induction and an epidural because I have no idea how long it will take to get things moving.

I know you are soooo ready to have that little girl !! I was hoping you were up-dating to say your labor had started.

Thinking of you and keep us posted. I never went on my own with any of mine. Always had to be induced.

Yikes, I'm sorry to hear no progress. :( I never went into labor on my own with either. I was still 0 cm and not effaced at L&D last Friday when I was admitted for surgery. I hope you get going before Sunday, but glad you have an end date.
