I do find that I am hungry frequently throughout the day but I don't want a large amount of food. I also find at meals I tend to just eat a little bit and then feel full quickly. Maybe try eating more protein to make you feel full for longer?
oh yeah! I eat and then an hour later I feel like eating again, though I'm not starving or anything, I just feel like putting food in my mouth! LOL Everything sounds good these days, not all of it tastes good, but I try at least. I've had WAY TOO MANY Oreos and milk these days. But at least I'm drinking my milk!!
Oh yes. Milk is tasting soooooooo good. Especially with ice. And there really isn't a better way to get it down other than with a few (or several) cookies!
