I decided this pregnancy I was going to buy some clothes .... bought around 300.00 worth.

And guess what......they are now getting too tight in my belly!!! I don't have much longer till my c/sect. But I still have to wear clothes till then.

I'm now in jeans and non-blouse shirts that I picked up from Target. I do have a pair of slacks I can wear, but I've run in to the same problem with my work maternity clothes. At this point, I'm just over 7 weeks away from not being in my office anymore, so they don't say anything. But my belly is starting to stick out like a very, very sore thumb.

I hate it when that happens! Thankfully it hasn't occurred to me yet in all of my clothes, but I had to go buy a skirt from Motherhood the other day. I'm giving myself a tap on the back for not having gained like I did the last two times yet or else I would have been out of my maternity clothes weeks ago.

I hate it when that happens. I have a few shirts that are starting to be a little short but other then that my clothes seem to be alright. I should only have about 3-6 weeks left so they should last till then.

My belly sticks out soooo much now that I find a lot of my shirts are too short. The pants are okay because I tend to wear under the belly pants

I hate it when that happens. I have shirts I can no longer wear either because they are too short.

I have a few of those Bella Bands and I find if I wear those I can extend the life of my maternity shirts a little longer. Instead of showing my belly you will just see a bit of the band which isn't that big of a deal.

This is why I only buy a couple things at a time and wear the heck out of them! I'd rather they get totally used than not. Hopefully you can make it through the next few weeks with what you have! And the nice thing is, they will be really comfy after you deliver. I wore many maternity shirts for a long time after giving birth - they're just roomier for all that extra baby skin.

do you have one of those belly bands that cover the top of your pants and some of your belly - it helps extend the life of your jeans and or shirts.
