It is very easy to forget your partner as time goes on, and definitely during pregnancy. That was quite sweet of you, and of him to appreciate it.

Good relationships in marriage makes things run smoother.. ive been married 16 years and me and dh rarely fight.. we have alot of people that tell us how jealous and lucky we r, but me and dh had been married for a short term before we met.. let say our 1 st marriage where an all out nightmare! Ugh.. so we deeply apreciate calm and drama free enviroments.. and picking and choosing our battles..so ot has caused us to be more apt to find peaceful solutions.. most people think my oldest is from another marriage because the say we act like we r on our honeymoon stage.. lol. My oldest is 11.. we just choose to remember one another and each others needs.. i dont believe in compramise.. i believe that forces one to give up what they want.. so we "take turns.. i do things i dont like because i know he likes it.. he is the same way.. being pregnant and fearfull of another miscarriage caused me to worry bout myself.. poor dh got so neglected.. glad u put this post up.. we ladies need to be reminded sometimes.. oh, dh LOVED the sugar scrub! He wants another tonight.. so he orderd his, as he said " barefoot pregnant wife to bath him! " lol.. i he cracks me up.. he to said he felt a bit neglected but didnt notice till i started making sure his needs and wants where met.. talk about turn around in his stress level.. a little tlc goes a long way!
