I'm on a bagel and cream cheese kick lately too. It's the only thing I want for breakfast lately.

I am planning on having a mug of hot cocoa (with a little bit of coffee mixed in), country fried potatoes, eggs, and a sausage patty. I think I will throw in a bowl of grapes on the side as well.

Craving milk can be due to low in minerals and vitamins.

I usually have yogurt and fruit. If I am really hungry I might also warm up any leftovers from dinner LOL
