I don't drink much caffeine regularly, and am drinking minimal amounts now.

I'm normally very sensitive to caffeine, but I love it anyway. During pregnancy, I do tend to get paranoid about caffeine so I steer mostly clear. I just figure it can't have any good effect on the baby even if it doesn't do any actual harm. For me, it's not that hard to give up in exchange for peace of mind.

I also cut back a bit (I'm not a huge caffeine drinker in the first place) but I am not crazy about watching it. My mom drinks nothing but sweet tea, never has had much else to drink even when pregnant, and we were all fine so I think this is a bit of hog wash.

I'm also cutting back but not stopping entirely, although I did stop entirely with my first pregnancy. I'm a soda drinker rather then coffee though, and it's a little cofusing that they say one cup of coffee or one soda since they have vastly different ammounts of caffine! (my husbands coffee says an 8oz cup has something like 200 mg while my soda is 46mg/120z can!)

I think it's fine to have a cup of coffee or a soda a day. That said, I stopped drinking it for the most part. I'll have 1/2 a cup of coffee when I'm visiting someone and they offer it, but other than that, I'm drinking caffeine free soft drinks if I really want one. Caffeine free Dr. Pepper tastes just like regular DP.

I don't think it's horrible but for me, I do try to stay away from it as much as possible. I would not ever want to have something disappointing happen and feel any sort of fault or guilt because I had a few too many Pepsis. That's just me though. But I don't consume a lot of caffeine anyway because of migraines so it's not hard for me to give up. I like the taste of caffeine free Pepsi and love drinking water and try to drink that a lot. I drink hot cocoa most mornings, not a coffee drinker, so fortunately this isn't an area I have to worry about for me very much. I won't say I never have any but I certainly don't on a regular or especailly daily basis.

I'm a big coffee drinker. I didn't give it up completely with my 1st pregnancy and I'm not with this one either. Though, I've cut down. I've been drinking 2 cups of half caf in the morning. That leaves me enough room to eat chocolate or have an after dinner coffee if I want one. I drink only water otherwise.

Most of those studies found risks for peope who consumed large amounts of caffeine. I only have 1-2 lattes a day and I don't drink soda or caffeinatted tea even when I am not pregnant so I don't think anything of it.
