Okay, potentially TMI but I am curious if anyone has experienced this. I've noticed lately that when I get up in the mornings I have a lot of pressure or a bruised feeling towards my rear. I remember feeling this some times in my previous pregnancies but it was mostly after DTD perhaps and I figured I was just agitated from that. However, considering DH is not around and hasn't been for some time I know it isn't that this go around. I'm wondering if it is maybe the sort of feeling you might get from flared up hemmorhoids or something? I'm a little lost. I thought about calling the nurse but then realized I had no way to describe it other than a 'bruised pain in the rear end'. lol I can't imagine calling and asking that.

That would make sense. I've been spending a lot of time sitting lately when I'm not at the gym. I spent a lot more time sitting around in my previous two pregnancies, but I guess things are acting up more easily as I get older.

I haven't experienced it myself, but sitting a lot could cause it. It would help to elevate or maybe not sit on your tailbone...more off to one side? Ugh, I can imagine that would be uncomfortable.

It is probably something I'll have them check out for me at my next appointment unless it gets worse. It is so hard to get in to the doctor. I don't get seen again for another month, but hopefully it won't become a real problem.

Yeah that would definitely be a reason to call. Youch! I'm thinking mine might have something to do with my back. I've got some disc problems in that area and maybe it is due to that.

I have heard about that. My girlfriends chiropractor actually adjusted her tailbone like that once. Ugh!!! Sounds horrid though.
I also sleep with pillows between my legs. Actually I sleep with about 8 pillows all around me. :) I love pillows.

If you have disc problems, you need to check it up before it get worse, it could be the start of a slipping disk or pressure building up in your back.
