I have it too . I have to check my bs 4 times a day . I try to eat food low in crabs

Me too.
Went to dr today and he looked at my #'s and he said they were better than 90% of his patients.
I have to really watch carbs in the morning. Im allowed 22 carbs but I try and stay under.
At night I can have 45 but I find I can eat more and still be range.
Im sick of greek yogurt.

My morning fasting is 95
After breakfast 1 hr. 110 (22 carbs)
After lunch 1 hr. 120 (35 carbs)
After dinner 1 hr. 110 (45 carbs)
Sometime I get a little lower sometimes I get a little higher.
I can't eat carbs for breakfast hardly allowed 22 but need to be 100% wheat if I do.
But dairy is allowed with me. Counted like a carb not protein.
I can eat snacks between my meals too. 15 carbs and 35 before bed.

I have it. I have to check my bs 4 times a day too. I had to meet with a dietician and have follow up appointments every week. I have to measure and write down everything I eat. I hate it! I miss the sweets and have been told that dark chocolate is ok as long as sugar is not one of the first 3 ingredients. Walking after eating helps a lot. I also miss fruit and can only eat it twice a day. And, I love carbs so much! It's frustrating to have to think about food so often. I can not wait to get back to my regular diet!!
