Bishop score?

My doc says I'm at -2 station, 80% effaced, soft cervix, but no dilation. I think this gives me a pretty low bishop score. Does anyone know how to interpret what this means? I had a c/s with my DD because I never dilated. Is there any hope of change, or is it just going to end up in another c/s?

Wow, I've never heard of it! I just googled it and wish I would've known about it before my appt yesterday. My dr never said anything about the baby's station or the location of my cervix. If you look on Wikipedia, there's a chart that can interpret all the signs for you.

negative 2 is high up, it's -3, -2, -1 0, +1, +2 +3, 0 is at the cervix, 3 is crowning. I was a 0 for 2 weeks but when I was in actual labor the baby went back up to a -2 so station doesn't really matter for anything.
