and just an FYI for anyone who might care - in the veterinary world, if you have a pet who tends to eat their own doo [my dog loves "turdcicles" for some insane reason - feeding them pineapple on a regular basis will alter the taste enough that they won't like it anymore. Why they would like it in the first place, I will never know. But that's what they say.

Good to know! Our vet told us it tends to be a protein sufficiency issue that makes them do that usually when they get older. I will have to tell my mom about the pineapple because she has issues with it with her dogs.

Isnt it lovely with all the weird facts we can find about pineapple?

You can set jelly with fresh pineapple, but canned can .
