I'm just over 16 weeks or so. I have a dull constant cramping sensation in the lower right portion of my adbomen.

It could be due to the growing and stretching of your uterus and your body. If you're not in pain and you're not bleeding then I'd say it's probably normal. Of course if you're concerned, always check with your doctor.

I have had that with all 3 pregnancies, is this your 1st?

Just curious, bc my 1st pregnancy the stretching hurt more bc i had never been preg before. If it gets unbearable i'd call your doc :) and stay hydrated

I've always had ligament stretching pains with my pregnancies. With my first it was so bad that they thought I had appendicitis!

I'd vote for round ligament pain and stretching too. If your symptoms change, definitely check with your doc to be sure.

I think it's normal due to stretching going on. Right now, I have cramping when I sneeze (thanks to a cold my son gave me), but only occasionally. If I am stretching my abdomen out and sneeze, it is a very sharp pain, then a dull cramp, then it goes away. It lasts maybe 15 seconds from sneeze to subsidence. I'm sure yours is pretty normal, but if it does get worse, definitely call the doc.

It went away later in the day and hasn't returned since!
