I am no stranger to fatigue in pregnancy. However, this afternoon I have been hit with the most unbelievable fatigue. I felt like I was going to pass out and all I can do is lie in bed. I didn't have this with my last pregnancy. Should I be worried or is it normal?

I think it's pretty normal for the third trimester. Were you dizzy as well? I've noticed lately that I've been getting dizzy a good bit and my blood pressure has been pretty low. Maybe yours is too? I have intermittent days of fatigue and almost normal function. The end of pregnancy makes no sense.

I hope it's normal, because that's how I've been lately. I think maybe it's hitting harder this time around because I'm taking care of two other little ones and that by itself is pretty exhausting. Somedays even making dinner seems like waaaay too much effort! I have to agree that the end of pregnancy is pretty crazy. I guess it helps get you psyched up about having the baby and getting back to normal!

So far as I know, it is normal for the third trimester. I've felt very tired most of the day, so I hope it's normal. :)

I used to be like that, but then we changed my food for an iron rich diet, since I couldnt handle the iron tablets.

I think it's normal - I get hit with it about 1pm - after I've eaten lunch and just as my 1 year old is waking up! LOL Try to just sit and rest more, even if you're not napping, get your feet up and do nothing for a little bit. Make sure you keep up with your water intake too! Getting a little dehydrated can make you tired too. Most people jump for caffeine but downing some water can help too!
