I've been taking a prenatal type blend of supplements -- B complex w/folic acid, calcium, omega 3 fish oil -- because I read that you should start stocking up before you're actually pregnant, but I just read on another topic thread that someone was taking B6 to help her ovulate earlier. I definitely don't want or need that. Have you ever heard of using B6 for this purpose? I wonder if I should stop taking the B complex?
I started taking prenatals when I had my IUD removed in April 2011. I also take 2 calcium chewables every day.
