My hands and face are fine its just my feet look like they are going to explode. Yikes! anyone else never swell in a pregnancy then all of a suddenw ith one they do?

Oh my lord, this was me tonight! I felt this crazy pressure and pain, so I had DH take my socks off for me.....they were huge! And the swelling went up my calves! It freaked me out enough to call L&D and talk to the advice nurse. She said it is normal and try.a hot shower and elevate my feet whenever I was sitting down. Freaked me out.

This is the first pregnancy where I swell too. I went to the dr on tuesday and he game me those soks that are supposed to help. They're super tight and go up to your knee. They work pretty well!

Yup, by the end of the day or when I wear heels, my feet and calves are swollen. I kick my feet up after I put my DS to bed and they are normal by morning.

I swell at the end with all my pregnancies. During my 4th, my doctor told me to get compression socks. OMG THEY ARE AWESOME!! They are a bit of a pain to put on, but you should put them on first thing in the morning when your swelling should be way down from the night. But drink water, stay as active as you can, and get them up to elevate them as much as you can. :)
