Are you waiting until 12 weeks?  Second Trimester?  End of Pregnancy?

Are you telling everyone in a special way?  Just going to use Facebook?

we would like to wait until after the anatomy scan. We lost our last child to trisomy 18 and want to wait. Until we know the health status of this one in order to avoid all the overwhelming questions from people but I'm not sure if we will actually be able to hold out that long

We have told immediate family (parents/siblings/grandparents) and a few select friends (only because I can't lie when asked a direct question about it).

We'll wait to tell work & everyone else until 1T is over (mid-October).  I'm anxious to tell daycare to make sure we reserve a spot for our little one, but I think we'll get priority because our DD is currently there.

We have told my parents already who have told grandparents who have told that whole side of the family. I'm super pissed about that! I have told my boss and that's it. This weekend we will tell his family. then next week our friends will find out from facebook because I want everyone to hear it from me.
